Analisis Kebijakan Pengembangan Kompetensi Guru PAUD Melalui Pelatihan dan Sertifikasi Daerah Kota Dumai

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) memiliki peranan penting dalam perkembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan kompetensi guru PAUD melalui pelatihan dan sertifikasi menjadi fokus utama untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme dan kinerja pengajar. Kebijakan ini diatur dalam Permendikbud No. 16 Tahun 2007 yang menetapkan standar kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi guru, disertai dengan Peraturan Walikota Dumai Nomor 37 Tahun 2019 yang mengatur supervisi pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan untuk menilai efektivitas kebijakan tersebut serta keterkaitannya dengan praktik supervisi pendidikan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan ini berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di PAUD, namun masih terdapat tantangan dalam hal kesenjangan akses ke pelatihan dan sumber daya. Rekayasa pelatihan berkelanjutan dan evaluasi kurikulum yang berkala diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan yang lebih merata. Kesimpulan ini mendorong pentingnya kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan dan pemerintah dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan secara efektif.
