Alphabet Pocket Matching media is a form of game that has educational values and can stimulate children's cognitive abilities and is a modified result of letter card media, which is a visual learning media, which can only be seen. This study aims to obtain accurate information about the results of children's ability to recognize letters using Alphabet Pocket Matching media at RA Arafah Sipolu-polu. As well as to find out the advantages and disadvantages of using Alphabet Pocket Matching media and its application at RA Arafah. The research method used is qualitative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The conclusion of the results of this study is the skill of recognizing children's alphabet letters through the use of Alphabet Pocket Matching media has been implemented in the learning process so that learning is more effective and fun for children. In the research that has been conducted in the use of Alphabet Pocket Matching media in the introduction of letters in early childhood at RA Arafah Sipolu-polu, the use of Alphabet Pocket Matching media has a significant positive impact on the ability of early childhood in recognizing letters.
