Pengembangan Media Quiet Book "P-Giga" Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Anak Mengenal Bentuk Persegi dan Segitiga Usia 4-5 Tahun

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan menghasilkan media Quiet Book ‘P-Giga’ yang layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak usia 4-5 tahun dalam mengenal bentuk persegi dan segitiga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di TK Bahrul Ulum Surabaya dengan subjek sebanyak 12 anak di kelompok A. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui validasi ahli materi dan ahli media, serta observasi kemampuan anak melalui pretest dan posttest. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media media Quiet Book ‘P-Giga’ berada pada kategori sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Hasil uji keefektifan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan anak dalam menyebutkan, membedakan dan mengelompokkan bentuk persegi dan segitiga setelah penggunaan media. Dengan demikian, media Quiet Book ‘P-Giga’ dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran yang inovatif untuk mendukung perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini.
